Our business is operated by Hudupod LLC in the United States, with our creative and operations team based in Dak Lak, Vietnam. All products are printed, packaged, quality checked, and fulfilled in the USA through trusted production partners (such as Printify) before being shipped directly to customers.

We operate using a Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment model, which means your order is printed and produced after it is placed rather than being mass-produced or kept as pre-made inventory.

  • Made to Order: Each product is printed specifically for your order. We do not mass-produce or keep pre-printed inventory.
  • U.S. Production and Fulfillment: Our products are printed, packaged, and fulfilled in the USA through trusted production partners serving customers in the United States.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, cut-off time at 5:00 PM EST). During peak periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing and transit times may be slightly longer.
  • Domestic Delivery: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
  • POD Flexibility: This model allows us to offer a wider variety of designs, styles, and sizes while producing products only when they are ordered.
  • Responsible Production: Producing items on demand helps us reduce unnecessary inventory and waste while allowing us to focus on meaningful, original designs.
