2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or purchasing.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. HuduStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, to distribute viruses, attempt hacking, or engage in fraud.

  • You may not use our content, trademarks, or services for competitive or commercial gain without authorization.

5. Product Information & Customization

  • HuduStore operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. All products are printed, produced, packaged, and fulfilled in the USA by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify.

  • Each product is custom-made after an order is placed and is not pre-stocked or mass-produced.

  • Because products are made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur.

  • HuduStore reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Applicable sales taxes, if any, are calculated based on the customer's shipping destination and applicable tax requirements, and will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

  • HuduStore is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.

7. Payment Methods

  • We currently accept payments securely through PayPal.

  • Customers may pay using their PayPal account or debit/credit cards processed through PayPal's checkout.

  • All payments must be authorized before production begins.

  • Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, canceled, or held for additional verification.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free ($0.00).

  • Estimated delivery times (combining handling and transit times) are provided on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout.

9. Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Due to the custom nature of Print-on-Demand items, orders are only eligible to be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement.

  • After 4 hours, the order is locked for production and can no longer be changed.

  • Please email us at support@hudustore.com immediately with your order number to request a modification or cancellation.

10. Refund & Return Policy

  • You may request a refund, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, we offer a free replacement or full refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong sizes, or color choices selected by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (images, logos, text, designs) is owned by Hudupod LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

  • If you upload content, you grant HuduStore a non-exclusive license to use it for marketing or production.

12. Third-Party Services

  • HuduStore uses Shopify and Printify to support order processing, production, and fulfillment, and PayPal for payment processing.

  • We are not liable for technical failures or issues on those third-party platforms.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with data standards including CCPA.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

16. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, carrier delays, or internet outages.
