HuduStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. Product Information & Customization
· HuduStore operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis. All products are custom-printed after your order is placed and fulfilled by trusted third-party partners (such as Printify, Gearment and their print provider network).
· Items are not pre-stocked or mass-produced.
· HuduStore reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without notice.
· Customers uploading custom designs must ensure no third-party intellectual property infringement occurs.
6. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, import duties, or conversion fees may apply depending on your country.
HuduStore is not responsible for additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.
7. Payment Methods
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other supported gateways.
All payments must be authorized before production begins.
Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled or held for verification.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the U.S. and internationally via our Print-on-Demand partners.

9. Order Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of Print-on-Demand items:
· Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production.
· If you need to make changes immediately after placing your order, please email: support@hudustore.com and we will assist if production has not started.
10. Refund & Exchanges
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery under our Refund & Exchanges Policy.
Eligible reasons: defective print, damaged goods, wrong size, wrong item, or lost shipment.
Customer errors (wrong size, address, or change of mind) are not eligible.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content (images, logos, text, designs) is owned by Hudupod LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.
If you upload content, you grant HuduStore a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for marketing or production.
12. Third-Party Services
HuduStore integrates with Shopify, Printify, Gearment and other providers for payment and production.
We are not responsible for technical failures or data issues on those platforms.
Users must also comply with third-party terms when applicable.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
HuduStore complies with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) standards.
Your personal data is used only to process orders, provide support, and improve service.
We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
14. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
You agree to indemnify HuduStore against claims arising from misuse of our products.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
Any disputes shall first attempt mediation; if unresolved, binding arbitration will be held in New Mexico.
Class actions and jury trials are waived by mutual agreement.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages, or pandemics.
17. Termination
HuduStore may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
All financial obligations incurred before termination remain payable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HuduStore, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
