All products need to undergo a processing time before they are shipped to end buyers. The average processing time is 1 - 3 business days. During peak times, processing may take 2 - 4 or 3 - 7 business days.
Orders that are completed on Friday afternoon might be picked up on the next Monday as the shipping carrier does not work on the weekend.
2. Shipping Time
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 7 - 10 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL and USPS)
- Shipping Cost: $4.99
International delivery (Canada)
- Standard shipping: 14 - 21 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL)
- Shipping Cost: $10.00
Please note that transit time does not include handling time.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24 - 48 hours to update after your order is dispatched
4. Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within USA, Canada. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
