More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@hudustore.com and we’ll make it right!
1. Order Modifications Or Cancellation (if applicable)
- Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
- Please email us at support@hudustore.com, providing your email & order number to request a modification or cancellation of an order. Normally your request will be accepted in 1-3 hours.
2. Defective Item Replacement/Refund Policy
2.1 Replacement/Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive an item that has a major problem or is defective, we will offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
The following reasons will be covered by our replacement at no cost or a full refund policy:
- The product is damaged during production or shipping.
- The product is the wrong size, color, or materially different from the description on its respective site.
- Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- The product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item is not what you ordered.
You do not need to return the defective item. Feel free to keep it - we want to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you.
Our support team will review your claim and, if your item is eligible, we will send the replacement to you at no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
The following reasons will not be covered by our replacement at no cost or a full refund policy:
- Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- The product is damaged due to customer negligence.
- The product has been used, worn, or washed, or is missing its tags.
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
2.2 Replacement/Refund Process
To file a claim, please send us an email to support@hudustore.com and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number.
- Video/ photo of the defective product.
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem.
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item. If the information you provide meets the conditions we have outlined above, we will proceed with a refund or send a replacement to you.
2.3 Processing Timeline
- If you require a replacement product, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.
- If you request a refund, your refund will be processed. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your method of payment.
Please contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your money yet.
