At HuduStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Order Modification & Cancellation
Because our items are made-to-order, your order is only eligible to be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement. After 4 hours, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be changed. Please email support@hudustore.com immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size/design/color sent by us), you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Return shipping fee for defective items: $0.00 (Free).

  • Note: To save you time and hassle, we typically only require photographic/video evidence of the defect and will not ask you to ship the defective item back to us.

4. Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse
Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand basis, every item is custom-printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for sizing issues, wrong colors ordered, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

5. How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you do not need to ship the product back to us. To start a replacement or refund claim, please send an email to support@hudustore.com within 30 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or print error.

Once your claim is verified, we will process a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
