This hoodie is crafted from a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend with a fabric weight of 8 oz./yd² (US) / 13.5 oz./L yd (CA), offering a comfortable balance of warmth, durability, and everyday wearability. Made with finer yarns and MVS Air spinning technology, it delivers reduced pilling, enhanced durability, and a smooth, high-quality printing surface.

Designed in a classic fit, the hoodie features a double-lined hood with a color-matched drawcord for added structure and style. The 1x1 rib knit with spandex provides excellent stretch and recovery, helping the garment maintain its shape over time. A front pouch pocket adds functionality, while the tear-away label ensures irritation-free comfort.

This product is made using cotton sourced through the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol and dyed with OEKO-TEX® certified low-impact dyes. It is manufactured in WRAP-certified facilities in partnership with the Fair Labor Association, ensuring responsible production and fair labor standards.

1. Processing Time

All products need to undergo a processing time before they are shipped to end buyers. The average processing time is 1 - 3 business days. During peak times, processing may take 2 - 4 or 3 - 7 business days.

Orders that are completed on Friday afternoon might be picked up on the next Monday as the shipping carrier does not work on the weekend.

2. Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 7 - 10 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL and USPS)
  • Shipping Cost: $4.99

International delivery (Canada)

  • Standard shipping: 14 - 21 business days delivery (usually carried by DHL)
  • Shipping Cost: $10.00

Please note that transit time does not include handling time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within USA, Canada. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.

We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. You will receive order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and, if necessary, any delay notifications.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipping.

1. Order Modifications Or Cancellation (if applicable)

  • Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified.
  • Please email us at support@hudustore.com, providing your email & order number to request a modification or cancellation of an order. Normally your request will be accepted in 1-3 hours.

2. Defective Item Replacement/Refund Policy
2.1 Replacement/Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive an item that has a major problem or is defective, we will offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund.

The following reasons will be covered by our replacement at no cost or a full refund policy:

  • The product is damaged during production or shipping.
  • The product is the wrong size, color, or materially different from the description on its respective site.
  • Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • The product must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item is not what you ordered.

You do not need to return the defective item. Feel free to keep it - we want to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you.
Our support team will review your claim and, if your item is eligible, we will send the replacement to you at no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

The following reasons will not be covered by our replacement at no cost or a full refund policy:

  • Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • The product is damaged due to customer negligence.
  • The product has been used, worn, or washed, or is missing its tags.
  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
  • Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.

2.2 Replacement/Refund Process

To file a claim, please send us an email to support@hudustore.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number.
  • Video/ photo of the defective product.
  1. If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
  2. If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
  3. If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem.

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item. If the information you provide meets the conditions we have outlined above, we will proceed with a refund or send a replacement to you.

2.3 Processing Timeline

  • If you require a replacement product, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.
  • If you request a refund, your refund will be processed. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your method of payment.

Please contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your money yet.
