Squatch Footprint Tile is a clever visual hybrid that merges the instantly recognizable Bigfoot footprint with the carved look of a Mahjong tile. The large footprint silhouette contains stylized bamboo-suit engraving where the toe-pad areas would normally appear, creating one unified icon rather than a conventional character scene. Deep plum shading adds depth, antique-gold engraving lines mimic aged carved ivory, cream forms the tile-like surface, and charcoal-brown details support the vintage print effect. 3. Processing and Delivery Time
Because our items are made-to-order, your order goes through a production process before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Estimated Delivery = Handling Time + Transit Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time (Production): 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Transit Time: 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday).

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, carrier delays). If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Order Modification & Cancellation
Because our items are made-to-order, your order is only eligible to be modified or canceled within 4 hours of placement. After 4 hours, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be changed. Please email support@hudustore.com immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong size/design/color sent by us), you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
- Return shipping fee for defective items: $0.00 (Free).
- Note: To save you time and hassle, we typically only require photographic/video evidence of the defect and will not ask you to ship the defective item back to us.
4. Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse
Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand basis, every item is custom-printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for sizing issues, wrong colors ordered, or buyer's remorse.
We strongly encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you do not need to ship the product back to us. To start a replacement or refund claim, please send an email to support@hudustore.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect or print error.
Once your claim is verified, we will process a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
